These Specialized English courses prepare students to take the TOEFL® and the IELTS® exam. These are high-stakes exams. Well prepared and con dent students are able to perform to their best abilities and attain their highest scores.
The course is designed so students will:
- Improve their general English proficiency
- Be exposed to subject matter typically found on the exam
- Learn exam strategies including time management techniques
- Practice and become very familiar with the exam

Key points
- Use of interactive technology makes classes more dynamic
- Classes start on Mondays (Tuesdays when it’s a public holiday)
- Each level is 12 or 13 weeks long
- Curriculum is structured in weekly modules with specific learning objectives
- Assessment testing takes place toward the middle and at the end of the level
- Curriculum follows that of established publishers and respected textbooks
- English Level 5 or higher required to enrol
- All Specialized English courses can be taken as Full-Time or Part-Time courses.
